These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the services provided by AP Car Spa (“we”, “us”, or “our”). By booking or using any of our washing, detailing, or associated services (“Service”), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree to these Terms, please refrain from using our Service.
2. Service Description
AP Car Spa provides professional car cleaning, washing, detailing, and protection services for both the interior and exterior of vehicles.
We use high-quality products, equipment, and detailing techniques to ensure the best possible results.
Service levels, inclusions, and package details may vary and are displayed on our website or can be requested directly.
3. Service Availability
Our services are available by advance booking only.
We reserve the right to refuse service to any customer or vehicle at our sole discretion, including but not limited to vehicles in unsuitable condition, unsafe working environments, or behaviour that may pose risk to staff or property.
4. Pricing & Payment

All bookings must be made in advance through our online booking system or by contacting us directly.

A deposit must be paid at the time of booking through our SUM UP payment system to secure your appointment.

The remaining balance (if applicable) must be paid in person on the day of service.

We accept major credit/debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and cash (where applicable).

Prices displayed are subject to change without prior notice; however, confirmed bookings will not be affected.
5. Cancellation & Refund Policy
AP Car Spa operates a strict no-refund policy.
Once your booking is confirmed and a deposit is paid, that time slot and resources are allocated exclusively for you.
If you need to reschedule, you must contact us as early as possible.

We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate an alternative date or time, subject to availability.

Deposits are not refundable, but may be transferred to a new appointment if rescheduling is agreed in advance.
Failure to attend your appointment (“no-show”) will result in the loss of your deposit.
6. Customer Responsibilities
By booking the Service, you agree to:

Provide accurate information about your vehicle and service preferences.

Ensure the vehicle is accessible at the agreed time and location.

Remove personal items and valuables from the vehicle.

Inform us of any known defects, faults, or sensitivities (e.g., damaged paintwork, loose trims, electrical issues).
AP Car Spa is not responsible for loss of any personal items left inside the vehicle. -
7. Responsibility for Damage
We take great care when working on every vehicle; however:

AP Car Spa cannot be held liable for pre-existing damage, weak paint, loose components, or defects that may be aggravated during normal cleaning processes.

In the unlikely event damage occurs directly as a result of our actions, we will make every reasonable effort to resolve or repair the issue as quickly as possible.
No compensation will be issued for issues not directly caused by AP Car Spa.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, AP Car Spa shall not be liable for:

Indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages

Loss of use, loss of income, loss of business, or inconvenience

Any damages arising from failure of performance, errors, omissions, delays, interruptions, or system failures

Any issues arising from factors outside our control, including weather, traffic, or third-party actions
Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the total amount paid for the specific service in question.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom.
Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the UK courts.
10. Changes to These Terms
AP Car Spa reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice.
Continued use of the Service following changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
